Got this as an e-mail and thought I'd share.
After every flight, UPS pilots fill out a form, called a 'gripe sheet,' which tells mechanics about problems with the aircraft.

Funny, but have seen this attributed to others before UPS, including Air Force, American and Delta...
UPS has had aircraft accidents, including a fatal one in Dubai which was blamed on exploding cargo about a year or so ago.
