Cab Seals

Having owned my fair share of Lariats I know they have extra seals on the doors along with sound proofed cabs. I plan on trying Lizard Skin in my cab for heat and sound but was curious did the Rangers of days past have extra seals anywhere that would lend to sound proofing as well as air leaks, etc? If anyone has used Lizard Skin and has some feedback as to how well it works by all means respond with your knowledge.
