Replacing factory steering wheel
I have a 1970 ford f100 with the original wheel in it but it is to big and falling apart so i want to put in a new wheel. I want it to be kind of between modern and and original but be a 10 inch wheel. i would love some input on what other guys put in there truck. i installed power steering off a 1977 ford so it wont be hard to steer. one of my concerns is finding one that will fit on the column already or with an adapter that will make it fit right on. and maybe something with the horn button working or else info on how to install one on the face of the dash or something. all input is appreciated thanks guys.

If you don't mind, I'll piggy back on this one with you. I'm looking for the same thing. I'm a long way from needing it right now but it's on my shopping list. I'm rather fond of this one. http://www.streetsideauto.com/p/grant-c ... ation-967/ but I don't know if it'll fit.

Grant makes a number of wheels that would look good on a bump!!

Grant makes an adapter kit that fits a lot of their wheels to our trucks. I went with a 15" Grant wooden wheel that I love on my truck (same one that sargentrs posted a link to). We put a 14" grant black rubber wheel on a friends truck that that works great too. Here is a pic of the grant wooden on my 72. It will be going in my 69 after paint.
