Reclining Seat
I put a 2003 60/40 seat from a extended cab in my '71. Took a while and had to manufacture some brackets but fits and rides good. The problem is the back does not come forward enough to get behind it like the old bench seat. Anyone have any sugestions, change the seat back mechanism with a ?

Re: Reclining Seat
If that seat was offered in a regular cab, and I think it was, that is the pivot you will need. In an supercab with a third door, there was no need for the seat to fold forward.

You are correct, but it was only $275. Maybe I will look for junk reg cab seat.
