Steering Wheel Question

Hey everyone, I was wondering How to remove the horn ring from an original steering wheel. Mine is wobbling, but it wont budge, no matter how hard you pull on it.

I dont really want to break anything, but what's holding it on there?

Push down squarely on the horn ring and turn it to the left. The horn will be honking all this time but that makes it more exciting.

Step 1- remove cable end terminals attached to battery post

or just disconnect the horns.

Step 1: unhook battery or unhook horn,
Step 2: give it a yank, and if to no avail, get the hacksaw!
