Look up dingo's, a similiar little powered buggy that the Aussie's use. I've seen them in bucket configuration at rental places here in the states.

Per the video, that wood looks pretty light to be lifting it with hoist.

CrazyHorse, thanks for the video link--that was actually really interesting!

I liked that they left out the distracting music that most videos seem to have.

Jamie, I also noticed that most of those timbers were pretty puny to bother using the lift for--it looked funny!

I also noted what a mess it would be if that rig slipped off the ramps and took a bath. It didn't look like there was a lot stopping that from happening.

Also, I suppose firewood's hard to come by in some parts of the world, but what a lot of monkey-motion to go through for it! Entertaining monkey-motion with good scenery though.

Not much use for that here in the big city. Nice machinery and country. The elapsed time on that was several days. Just getting across the lake and back home was one day. Wonder where that was filmed? I saw maple leaves so I'm thinking Main. The wood he was working with looked dry like it had been cut a while ago.

I liked to watch him load it on the barge.
He is very good controling it.
