Misc Parts in Sacramento
After much lament, I sold my truck
I gave most of the extra parts I had to the guy I sold it to.
Many of the parts in the photos are already gone. Here's what I have left:
- Left and right inner front fenders
- Battery tray
- Radiator support
- Sheet metal for roof, lower bed sides, cab floor, and trans access panel
- Upper and lower, driver and passenger door hinges
- Forward and aft, driver and passenger rear leaf spring -to- frame brackets
- Motor mounts (302)
- Pedal assembly for clutch and brake
- Manual brake reservoir and steering box
- Gauge cluster
- Bench seat

What is the condition of the battery tray and what to you want for it shipped to 95453? (I'm two and a half hours from you in Lake County.)

Howdy neighbor. I'm right here in Folsom too..
How's the benchseat? Any bad rips? I have a buddy who wants a replacement bench seat (his is all torn up).
The doors are gone eh?

Kurt, here's a shot of the battery tray for you (still attached to the inner fender by one stubborn bolt)...
71Ford, here's a shot of the seat for you... The seat would need recovering, but the tracks are there, and the stuffing appears to be in useable shape.
The battery tray has only surface rust. Hard to tell from the photo, but easily blasted off and re-painted.71Ford, here's a shot of the seat for you... The seat would need recovering, but the tracks are there, and the stuffing appears to be in useable shape.

Re: Misc Parts in Sacramento
Hi Goldies67,
How would you want them shipped?
They're big and reasonably heavy.
I've never shipped anything that size before.
$20 each plus shipping?

Re: Misc Parts in Sacramento
Hello from Oroville, CA
I'm wondering about the cab floor panels. What kind of condition is it in?

Re: Misc Parts in Sacramento
Hello 89ford,
Does $10 plus shipping sound good for the motor mounts?
These are the frame-side and not the engine-side.
I'll post a pic later.
Hello MattHillFord,
My parts truck was in rough shape when I bought it.
It appeared to have spent many years as a farm truck that had moved bed-fulls of gravel many times!
No tailgate and no engine or radiator when I bought it.
I cut it up; scrapped some, and kept some.
In my project truck, someone before me had widened the trans access area.
I cut the floor out of the parts truck - door sill to door sill and half way up the firewall to the gas tank area.
From the trans access area up about 8 inches on the firewall and out about 8 inches on either side is gone into my project truck.
So, what I have left is partial driver and passenger floor pans and the floor section under the seat.
Both floor pans are what you would expect from a truck in this condition - no rust through, but lots of pitting, more on the passenger side (under the heater core), and more near the door sills on both sides.
I'll post a pic later.

Re: Misc Parts in Sacramento
Howdy neighbor (1971ford),
I bought some miscellaneous parts from you last year.
A guy from Orangevale has contacted me about the seat.
I think he's going to pick it up tonight.
As for the doors, they went with my project truck.
The guy doesn't need them though - the doors on my truck are fine.
If you want, I can contact him to see if he'll sell them to you.
He lives in Midtown.
