UK based F100 needs drive shaft yoke.. what one?

Just broke down in the F100 tonight and found the driveshaft yoke in the rear of the manual gearbox has sheared in half (and also ruined the UJ). Too dark now to see exactly what the part looks like.
I can't see this part in the NPD catalogue or on RockAuto listings but may not be looking in the right area.
The truck is a 1969 2wd 302 manual 4 speed

Can anyone help me with a part number and where I could order it

I'm not real sure of an exact part number, (maybe someone else can chime in here with that) but these guys supplied a lot of our American made trucks and care drivelines. You would probably need to get the spline count on the output shaft of the transmission as well as the u-joint cap diameter and distance between the yoke "ears" then contact them. They should have it on the shelf-they came through for me a few years back, (it was much easier than spending weeks in junkyards looking for one for me).

I thought all the trucks would be typical Ford in so much as they used the same parts in many different vehicles but there seems to be a number of different transmissions but I can't figure out yet what ours should have in it as standard? Its a 4 speed manual with no synchro on 1st gear if thats of any help to anyone. I was looking at the 'Identifying 67-72 truck' section and there's an exploded diagram of a 4 speed synchro helical gear (new process 435) but I haven't got a clue if thats the box in ours but its the only one that has a drive yoke that looks similar?

Will get the part removed and on the bench for a photo sometime and then can hopefully match it up
At the moment I only have the half that sheared off and fell on the road to hand !!

Here are a couple of quick checks that help identify the NP435. Is reverse gear all the way to the right and then back toward the seat? If so its almost guaranteed to be an NP435. A T18 uses a different location for reverse. Also check the cover on top that the shifter sits into. The 435 uses a cast aluminum case in that area that bolts to the top of the main cast iron gear case. Not much to go on really but I hope it can be some small amount of help.

Reverse is across to the right and forward to the dash on this gearbox so I guess its not a NP435 then? What would this gearbox be then?

Got a picture of the broken drive yoke here. I would say that the right hand arm of the universal joint sheared and then the twisting force of the engine then caused the left hand arm of the UJ to shear apart the drive yoke...... So I need a new drive yoke like this...... !! And a new UJ...........

Wow....that thing let go and good! You may have to resort to taping it back together and doing some measuring. The shift pattern you describe falls into line with a T18 transmission.

I just found this which looks to be the same part. Mine is a 28 spline and its 5" overall length and this seems to be the part...

Checking out the dimensions of that Dennys driveshaft yoke it would appear that I have (or did have!) an original 1310 drive yoke as it only measures 3 7/32" between the tabs with UJ caps of 1 1/16" so I need to order this 1330 series yoke together with their 1310/1330 combination UJ and new U bolts........... think we might be getting somewhere !

Just to update and say that the Denny Driveshaft yoke arrived in the UK last weekend and we got the UJ fitted to the driveshaft and the yoke into the gearbox and everything matched up just great.
Whole job took about 30 mins.
So the truck is rolling again.... hopefully we wont break this one. By the look of the driveshaft on the bench the UJ's were untouched and probably the original 40yr old ones so we'll think about changing the others now for safetys sake...........

Glad to see you got it fixed! I was wondering how you made out. Changing out the rest of the U joints sounds wise. They are one of the most often neglected items on a truck.
