Does anybody know what color of yellow to paint a c6 dipstick tube ?

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!

Just the dipstick handle-or the entire tube? I'd painted my old EB bright orange to help with the aging eyes.

If you are just wanting to be able to see it, I would paint it any bright yellow...I am fooled also, as I can't recall any C6 dipsticks painted, Donnie

Donnie you might be right it need to be a bright yellow to stand out. My truck is a 69 and it wound be nice to know the factory color

Mine was yellow, but I painted it black. Though painting it yellow makes sense now that I think about it.

Mine was yellow and when I repainted everything under the hood I grabbed a can of ace hardware brand sunshine yellow spray paint from ace hardware and repainted it with that. It came out pretty close.
