Window Regulator

Can someone tell me how to replace the window regulator? The door panel is already off (my truck didn't come with it), so no need to remove that. My regulator is completely rusted though. The handle is off and doesn't work so my window is stuck down. I live in Oregon and don't want to get caught with it down when the rain comes. The guy I bought the truck from was using a wrench to roll the window up and down. He had it hooked up to where the handle popped off. Now it appears the metal piece (that you attach the handle to) is completely stripped.

I figure I'll replace the regulator if I can figure out how to do it. Also any tips on how to get the window up in the meantime?

Man I haven't done one in ages, the glass has a track with wheels you need to get off. The regulator is held to the door with some bolts. It's been a long time, you might even have to pull the vent track out.
