v8 gas pedal with cable linkage
I have a gas pedal and cable linkage off a 78 f250. I was using it on my 68 w/ 4v 302. Will work with sbf, modified and possibly fe and lima engines. $10.0 plus shipping.
1968 swb hydroboost, ididit tilt column, Saginaw p/s pump with F series serpentine, all led lights, Vintage Air and painless wiring. 393w, tko600. CV front suspension w/c5 calipers and gt500 rotors. Stock Flexomatic leaf springs with 01 CV 8.8, 3.90 gears and Auburn locker. Custom wood bed floor. Full frame off resto-mod.

Interested if it will work on a 460 with a Holly carb. Is there a part that connects it at the carb?

It should work with a 460. Measure the distance from the ball stud on the carb to your existing pedal and tell me. The only thing is if the cable is short it makes your pedal sit higher from the floor.

My existing rod from the carb to the pedal is 11 1/2". The pedal is out of a 1977 F150, it came from the truck the 460 came out of. Think it will work?

Should work. The cable is just over 11" long.
