WTB Hood

Post by wrongway »

I got the bad news on my hood today from the body shop. I'm looking for a hood for my 68 F100 now. I'm in Florida so the southeast would be prefered, let me know if you can help me out.
68 Ford F-100, two wheel drive short bed. 46k original miles, was a 240 six cylinder 3 on the tree. Changed to a 347 stroker with a C6, 03 Crown Vic front end, lunar green. Torn completely apart for a frame off fun daily driver project.

I'm in Lakeland. I was up around Tifton today, bought a 68 F100 shortbed 4x4 for some parts.

Yes sir, I still need a hood. The truck I bought didn't have one any better than what I have. It is a 68 sitting on a 66 four wheel drive frame. It's for sale if you know anyone looking. It has a semi running 360 with a 4 speed.

I have a hood I need to part with. I live in Statesboro, GA, which is about 5.5 hours from Lakeland.

What kind of shape and how much? I'm in Georgia all the time and would make a special trip for a good hood. PM if you would like.

Have you contacted Sam about the hood yet? I'll call tomorrow and make sure everything is ready to be picked up. Thank you.
