You can get just about any radio to fit a vehicle if you have the right mounting plate and such. Curious though, that one according to the write up is broke. Why do you want it? Just a filler for the dash?

Yeah, i was debating wiring connections for an iPod to be used as a radio, but I'd need something to fill the space, and I thought a 67 radio would look good, but it's tough finding one.

I know what you mean, they are tough to find. I have a old am/fm radio with 8-track player I am going to put in the dash just for looks. Even though these didn't come with 8 track players to my knowledge. I'll mount the cd player somewhere else. Somewhere on this site is information about a availalbe mounting plate you can turn upside down to work in our trucks.

I think i've seen those VW plates they have that fit 68-72, but I don't know if it'll fit a 67. Being a distinct year, it's tough finding that radio. It's easy to recognize cause it will have no memory buttons, but it's still hard to find.

Man, I just sold a working 67 am radio with matching bezel for under 20 on eBay.
Pretty sure I have a 68-72, not sure if I got a bezel for it.

WHAT am I doing. I search a few days a week. I do this:
(1967, 67, am radio, ford, f-100) ford am radio
I haven't had any results for an f-100. I get galaxies, mustangs, ltds...no pickups. i can't believe i missed that one...

How long have you been searching? I'm there at least every other evening, and I think I see at least 3-4/month get listed.

I don't know if the truck shared radios with any other line in 67.
try:
67 1967 F100 F150 (I know, but people forget) F250 F350 Ford Truck Pickup am radio
maybe add Philco or motorola as well?
This is a link to the radio I just sold. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AMESO%3AIT

Have you posted an add in the parts wanted? Did a search in the parts for sale sections? Not trying to give you a hard time, but a member might have one for sale, or one they kept planning to use but might sell it to someone really wanting one.

fordhombre, the radio in you link was used in '66 and earlier trucks, '67 and earlier vans and early Broncos.
