Peel and Seal: a 6" x 25' roll is $12.40 (at my local Lowe's) and will cover about 25 square feet. So 2 rolls = $25.00 http://www.lowes.com/pd_154017-81326-PS625_0__
EZ Cool: Insulation material is $33.50 for a 4' x 10' roll. 1 roll should do it. http://www.lobucrod.com/
Spray adhesive.
I stuck a piece of the Peel and Seal on my cab floor a week ago and you just about can't get it off. The self adhesive butyl backing did not leave any tarry residue on my skin and was like holding onto to a glue mouse trap. I didn't notice any detectable smell either.
I got a sample of the EZ Cool insulation. It's about 1/8" thick, aluminum on both sides and a "bubble wrap" like core. However, it took quite a bit of fingertip pressure to pop the bubbles and even then there was very little difference in thickness or firmness. I could not get them to pop with the palm of my hand or the heel of my foot, just a cushiony feeling.
I think I can lay the Peel and Seal, spray the adhesive on the EZ Cool and cover the entire floor of my cab from firewall to up the back wall for less than $70.00. I might go without something a little more expensive on the roof, or may the "Pinchematte" concept.
