Let me look in this box of spares. The po of my truck replaced all the housings and lenses. And gave me all the old stuff he removed.

The pair I have are stamped 67 fomoco on them as the replacements I have are stamped with LMC. The one you need has stress cracks in it when you hold it up to the light and the other one has just lost its luster. Sorry I can't help you.
