How do I remove the rubber shift lever bushings on transmission and where can I get replacements?

im not sure how to remove them, ive never had to do it before. but I order almost all of my factory replacement parts through LMC truck. they have a catalog with pretty much everything you could ever imagine, except frame parts.

There's a bronze washer/sleeve through them. Remove the linkage rods, pull the sleeve out, and the rubber will pull out. Installation is reverse of removal. Easier if you remove the levers and do it on the work bench/dining room table
