Cab noise
I wanted to replace the brittle rubber floor covering in my cab with a carpet from ACC. My intention all along was to put down Dynamat or Hushmat to help reduce engine and road noise. I had the floor of the cab redone. It's rust free and newly painted. Does anyone have an opinion on whether I should use a acoustic shield or just throw down the carpet? I appreciate any input. Thank you.

Re: Cab noise
YES. Definitely put down a layer of Dynamat, Hushmat, Fatmat or equivalent. You'll enjoy the engine's throaty exhaust or music a whole lot more.
