Dana 6o full floater, is there any real difference?

Post by Madman »

Reviewing disc brake conversion, most state "For early Dana 60's 1972 and on". Does anyone know if there is any real difference between a 1970 Full floating Dana 6o and 72 or on full floating Dana 60?

From talking to the guys who fabricates the Dana 60 conversion, there does not seem to be any notable difference, atleast where a rear disc brake conversion is concerned.
