Besides our series of trucks interchanging would any of the other ford vehicles of the same time frame or so work on our truck columns?
Just thinking if I saw a good wheel out of say a full size car or something similar would that work on our coloums?
Might be a different source for steering wheels.

Yes, I believe that you could interchange steering wheels within the FORD family.
I think that Jake11 has one of those Chain type steering wheels in his rig along with a Foot print gas pedal!
