Even tho the cab/chassis is a 1967 I think it would be titled as the year the unit is completed ( as motor home ).

In dealing with old trucks in farm and logging country. It was common practice to date the title in the year sold. I have seen '73 bumpsides according to the registration and titles.
Also saw early Bronco 66'-77' registered as 78'. VIN matched.
