'04 Town Car IFS & 4.6 w/M50D 5 speed?

Rounding up parts for front suspension swap and ran across a 2004 Lincoln Town Car with 88k miles for a fair price. I already have a M50D 5 speed out of a '98 F150. So my plan here is to use the front end (suspension, brakes, steering) of the TC mated to the M50D tranny, as well as the 4.6 L engine & ECU. The plan for the rear is a four link and 3.70 or 3.73 ring and pinion. What are your thoughts? Thanks guys.
