Rear axle shaft for Dana/Spicer 60.3 differential specs

I am not sure if this is a technical or general item. I am looking for the specifications/dimensions for an Dana/Spicer 60.3 differential so I can either get one made or know when I find one in a salvage yard. I have the differential but the axles in it are not original. They engage the spider gears but not fully and at present there is too much end play etc. in the axles. From my internet research it appears the ford part number for this axle shaft is C6TZ4234F. The differential tag has the numbers C8TA E 603043 - 4 - 3.54 . It is a limited slip differential. Any help would be appreciated
