Differential tag

My 71 Ford F-100 has this tag on differential, it looks different than one site i found that showed what the tag was to look like, can someone decode this tag for me? Only thing that make sense is the 9 for 9" if I'm right.

3.25:1 axle ratio. Don't believe it's a locker. Do a google search on ford 9" tag decoding, it will probably get most of what you are looking for.
