I have a 1968 F100. 360 with a 3 on the tree + overdrive. When shifting from gear to the next it grinds. Any advice?

Welcome to the site.
Grinding gears Usually means the clutch isn't dis engaging enough.
That could be one or more symptoms.
The linkage needs a simple adjustment.
The cab settles down on the front mounts , which will affect the clutch and column shift linkage.
