Exhaust Pipe Hangers

Does anyone know of a source for the exhaust pipe hangers for a 131' wheel base F250 truck, or a part number for them? I am looking for the two exhaust pipe hangers that have what looks like tire rubber in a loop that allows the exhaust pipe to have some flex. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is what your looking for. But this can be modified to make what you want I think.

Your local exhaust shop probably has scads of them too; perhaps not the exact same ones, but I bet you could buy a handful of hangers that would work for a nominal fee.
