rear cab trim

can some one maybe measure or shoot a good pic of where about this trim goes, I would like to have the two tone cab but not sure where I should mount the trim pieces, two on the side/corner and two in the rear.

the old sale brochures have some good pics.
I believe it starts at the bottom of the rain gutters.
