Looking to mount a PTO on the 205 i have in my drivetrain to use as a power source for a genset and an air compressor.
Anyone else done this ? Any advice, or pitfalls.
I have done many PTO's on transmissions, so i do not imagine mounting would be much different. ie: back lash/shimming, cable operation routing, ect.
I am very interested in the variable rate speed that this mounting offers.
I would run a direct mount hyd pump, then a valve bank, then the hyd motors, then back to tank.
Genset and air comp will be run by hyd motors.
