Hi all,
Just wanted to introduce Betty and say HI. I just completed a 460 install on my 55 F600. She's a big girl, and needs more power than the 272 could bring to move 16,000 lbs around. She has a pizza oven, refrigeration and many beer kegs on the back.

The 460/C6 is working out well so far, but I do now have some questions[ about upgrading the brakes. I'll take that up in the appropriate thread.

Also look at our late member's Kap'n kaos "skoolie" thread as I believe he might've had to go through the brakes on her shortly after he got it?

SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!
