1972 f100 4x4

Hi guys, I need some help on a truck I am working on.
I purchased a 72 f100 4x4 recently and have come to a problem. The front axle is missing the left axle shaft. Where can I buy a new shaft and spindle? Are they the same as Bronco?
My next issue is that I live in New Zealand so have to order everything from the USA and I dont want to order the wrong parts.

99.99% chance it's NOT the same as that era of Bronco; I think the tracks are quite a bit different.

We'll need more info from you on what front axle you have. There should be (hopefully) a tag either on the axle, and/or on your VIN door tag that should help narrow it down. It should be a Dana...but things can get swapped over time.

My early 76' Bronco D-44 front axle was at least 4" narrower than the F series trucks.

I don't know your situation but I would locate a complete axle from a 76-79 F150.
In the USA they come with disc brakes and will bolt right in.
78-9 have a better tie rod setup.
If not try Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. for a axle shaft.

In the USA they are .
About 1972 they went to ball joints from the king pins ,
then 76 disc brakes and a power steering option.
