I have a very obvious pill to left as though the right side is laying down. I changed the right caliper both bridge and piston assembly with typical reman and pull is still there. I am going to drive it for a while with a infrared gun along and try to make sense of what I’m seeing.
It’s as though the left front is fully functional and the right is doing maybe 25% of its share. The pads look like they’re not even bedded though the rotor friction faces are slick.
I’m inclined to think the left is normal but maybe it’s too tight. There is a bit of play/caliper movement if I grab it and shake the right, the left is firm as installed, not sure why these differences exist and above all while the front brakes are nowhere near normal in function.
What could it be? Is there residual pressure valve on these ? Left is good right is bad?
Everything has been bled twice in the last three weeks.

I've had the flex hose give issues before , it can look ok but have a restriction inside.

That is the hose he is referring to. It is commonly called a flex hose.
If I was attacking this problem I would suspect calipers first, flex hoses second, if replacing those components and getting good brake system bleed results I would start peeking at the rear brakes too, make sure they are adjusted correctly and evenly.

I've had the flex hose give issues before , it can look ok but have a restriction inside.
Even a "new" hose (stainless on the outside doesn't change the softness of the rubber hose on the inside of the stainless) can be failing allowing the rubber to distort.
I'd also thrown another caliper on it as it should be holding the pad tight against the caliper.

Any updates? You could see about getting a pressure gauge and seeing what each caliper is getting.

I would check wheel bearing pre-load if you haven't already. Jack up each wheel and dee how hard or easy to spin.
68 Ranger. 302 Clevor w/ 3 on tree, soon to have front disc brakes.
