What kind of buckets will you be using? Some late-model seats have the belts incorporated into the seat frame. If not, I don't know what the stock lap belt wouldn't work with buckets.

However, if you're thinking about adding a 3-point belt setup, take a look at the following link:

speaking of three point belts. nikon4u was down at my place last weekend and showed me that the stock seat belt hole in the cabwall isn't lined up properly with the nut behind the hole. so you cant put a bolt in it for the three point belts and will have to relocate the bolt or modify the hole. his truck is a 67.

I'd say that was just a fluke at the factory....every truck I've parted out had the nut lined up with the hole. Would be easy enough to use a die grinder to widen the hole enough to get a bolt in there.

I am going to run the stock bucket seats our truck came with (mustang style) they are currently getting restored. I still have the original seatbelts that were equiped with the bench seat for what ever it's worth. I don't really care about being to safe it's not my daily driver. Something simple and original looking would be good.

By the letter of the law, at least everywhere I've lived, they say all vehicles made in 1967 or prior are not required to have belts. Chances are you don't have a 67, but I don't see why a later model 3 point seatbelt couldn't be retrofitted to meet state requirements.

Well, I guess my secret is out! :D The girl on the back window is Christina Aguilera. My wife is a huge fan, almost a stalker. Anyways, we spoke to a local graphics design place and they custom made a back window decal for us (same as the flags/scenery ones that are so popular). Although I can't think of any right off hand, there are several places online that will do this if you provide them with a pic of what you want.

Before you run out to do this, remember, a lot of these places will do it if it's in good taste. That means nothing too obscene. Also keep in mind the shape of your window. The pic will be cropped a bit for fitment. So, like mine, a pic that's horizontal (laying) works out good.

Be warned!!! :x If you live in a place where people are easily offended, you are guaranteed to find them all. We've had probably a dozen notes/letters left on the windshield regarding their disapproval. Had more from people who like it. :D

You could use belts out of a 78-79 bronco they had factory buckets. :)
