mounting gas tank

Hi all, fordman has a in cab mounted gas tank that is a 3 bolt mount unit mine was a five. I'm looking to pick the tank up from him but wondering what problem might there be installing it. I got a fuel cell in the bed thats gotta go. Thinking should be easy, looking for info good and bad
