heater box refurb

Okay, got a different heater box, with the 2 brackets. Trying to finish installing it.

Questions. How do the 2 Heat-defrost cables get routed? Is it short cable on right of controls and right most bracket on the heater box?

Also, hooking up the wires. Is there 1 or more connections that go onto the "spade" type plugs on the back of the heater box? These spades seem to run to a coiled wire (resistor?). If it does, I can't find the wires that plug into it.

Finally, what is this plug for (see attached photo)? Is this for the radio? Something else? Thanks.
