Either old air or classic air restores some old evaporators and compressors. It would be worth looking into.
R134 does in fact tend to leak through some hoses not designed for it. A good hose shop should be able to take care of that for you.
Classic Air and Old Air Products could probably help.

mine is complete, but a bit faded and chipped up around the edges of the bezel
