Did you get the stiff arm? How long were the belts you ordered? I'd really like to get a set of these for my Ranger.

I'm considering these 4 point seat belts for an older car I have that doesn't have the pillar post prepared for 3 point belts.

I just installed a complete Black set from seatbeltpros.com last night.

The good:
1. Ordered on Dec 24. Shipped on 27th. Received quickly through mail.
2. Started install 7:15 finished at 9:30 with a run to HW store.
3. Able to reuse some old parts.
4. Great help with the pictures in this thread.

The not so good:
1. I didn't need 2 hardware kits as there were two L brackets in each kit.
2. As soon as I took my work gloves off I cut my hand with the underside of the seat.
3. I would have liked to talk to the supplier when ordering as being in the Great White I don't like making ordering mistakes. They can produce unnecessary extra costs. In the end minor issue.
4. Grade 8 bolts weren't at Canadian Tire so installed shoulder hanger with G5 to get it done. Getting G8 from Fastenal or somewhere before I do any driving.

Cheers,
Bill

Mine just arrived yesterday. I ordered Light Blue belts and they were not in stock. Appear to be great quality. Probably won't have a chance to install them for a few days.

Nice belts and nice interior as a whole! I saved the link. How do you like your Lokar shifter? I was thinking about one for my '69 2WD. Is it the 'Nostalgic' style for a C6? I have a Lokar 'Nostalgic' for my AOD in my '56 but I haven't driven it yet.

I love the Lokar shifter, it gets a lot of comments when people see it. It takes a little bit of getting used to because I don't have the indicator, but now I shift it by feel without even having to think about it. I installed one on a 36 chevy street rod I had as well. And yes, it is the 23" "nostalgia" shifter.

Thanks for noticing! 8)

I just ordered my set! I got two 3-pt. and a center lap belt (all black w/ the lift lever buckle). They were on sale and my total was $163 and some change including the $4.95 USPS shipping! I know my wife will feel better about riding in it now! :D Man, I can't wait! I love getting new stuff to upgrade my trucks! The Lokar shifter will have to wait now but oh well. :( I'd rather be safe.

Hey seattle, you gonna get a kickback from the free advertising you're giving these guys? :D
