Look at the pic you posted and see if you can find those same colored wires under the dash in the area of the relay / circuit breaker in your truck. It isn't like Ford to install a part like this in a vehicle if it didn't have a use for it.

Again, until someone else sheds some light on what this is. both you and I won't know.

i think but i am not 100% sure but that might have something to do witht he cab roof lights on a cs.
