sargentrs was wonderin' if a steering wheel could be powder coated...
Effie was tellin' him...

Yeah, I 've seen that stuff at Eastwood's before.

For now, I've got a bunch of other stuff on my plate...
I used some 0000 steel wool and some penetrating oil and it polished up pretty darn good... now, the horn ring looks cruddy...
I've got another one I think is in better shape in my storage unit... I'll have to dig it out and see...
