Yeah it be hard to miss that beast! That's dad's truck it used to ba a cal trans work truck that he got for $800. The only thing that's getting done to his truck is to put new wheels and tires and a flat black paint job.BiggDogg wrote:Hey Marz did I spy a dentside crewcab hiding in the back of one of those pics?

Thanks td, the wheels were given to me with one condition, that I would get a photo shoot of my truck on a major magazine.td wrote:marz and customcrewcab, you both have killer trucks! i would love just having the mustang 2 setup marz but seeing it lay the rockers on the ground like that is sick! that shot rolling down the road looks great. you say FREE WHEELS! how did you pull that off? what plans do you have for metal work and paint?
As for the paint and body I don't know what color to go with yet but the body will have a few custom touches done to it??

At one point of my build I had plans on using a stepside bed from a 85 f150
but was never able to locate one. oh well!!

marz, i don't think you'll have any problem getting magazines jumping all over that one, i know its the wildest custom bump ive seen anywhere. i bet you've already got'em lined up at your door wanting to shoot it! for real thou, have you had any hits of that nature at the shows you've been to with it?marz68 wrote:Thanks td, the wheels were given to me with one condition, that I would get a photo shoot of my truck on a major magazine.td wrote:marz and customcrewcab, you both have killer trucks! i would love just having the mustang 2 setup marz but seeing it lay the rockers on the ground like that is sick! that shot rolling down the road looks great. you say FREE WHEELS! how did you pull that off? what plans do you have for metal work and paint?

i wouldn't say its the wildest bump around. i sure he would agree theres tons of things left he needs to tackle. this might be the badist bump around. just the hours this guy got in his inner fenders has to to be insane.

when i said wildest custom i wasn't refereing to finished detail, i was talking about the foundation of his build.

that orange crate is alright!!!!
ez-too bad us missed on that turq shorty
marz is gonna have something to be extra proud of when finished
i love flat black and that's a cool looking ride
old pearl can run my shine any day
and td's red runner will rock when finished
i still haven't decided on the stance for my 72 shorty--probably the old 70's style rake -low front and just a little tall in the rear- some things are hard to die-lol
