My Air Inlet Duct Leaks!!!

Jay: If your cable is just sticking and not broken, you might try what i did. I used PB Blaster, squirting it inside the casing of the cable and working it 'til is was freed up and sliding freely. I then used some silicone spray to lubricate it and put it back in the truck. It's been working real nice for over a year now.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I WD40'd the control valve, but the cable is still tough. Plus the knob comes off every time I try to pull on the Temp knob

once you get the cable fixed. i probably have one if you need it. btu you can retighten the knob with an allen wrench. so it wont come off any more.
