BLACK.

Definitely black. First, you're going to have a hard time matching up the shade of red that you have. Is it red? Is it burgundy? So I think red carpet could potentially come out too bright, and not match up with your seat, doors, and dash pad well. Plus, the first time you spill your coffee or get in with muddy shoes, here come the stains.

On the flip side, the black carpet would blend nicely and hide stains well. And red floor mats would/could off-set or accent it. You also would not run into any fading issues like with the red.

That's just my :2cents:

Dang. That got dirty!

I keep leaning towards black carpet. I might try to find some red mats that match my color of red.

Depending on how nice you want to go, many upholstery shops will make custom floor mats for you out of whatever color you want. They just cut a piece of carpet to whatever shape, and then put a backing and binding around it. So that may be a good way to match up your floor mats if you go with the black carpet.

Go black to match the interior paint. Red is just the highlight color. :2cents:

Without a doubt. BLACK!

Red carpet with red seats and red door panels? I think that'd just be too much.

I think you'll find that the red seats would become nicely highlighted sitting on top of black carpet.
