On my 68 the flasher goes on the right side of the glove box as well. The wiring harness that comes from the right front fender was so short that it made the choice of position for me. I admit that i re-wired the dang thing and brougt the flasher over to the driver's side panel and installed in throught my F600 gauge panel. No more leaning over and rummidging in the box to hit the lights.
