if you paid with a credit card through paypal then you have some leverage. you can dispute it with your credit card company and usually win that way.

yea, but if you pay with paypal, Ebay sends you to paypal to file a complaint. I went through it about 3 weeks ago on a item I sold a guy that HE tore up then expected me to give him a refund on it...I wouldnt do it, so he filed a complaint and paypal made me refund his money
