I was referring to the front of the ash tray. Yes, that would be to the rear of the truck though.

It's okay, still got my answer. As they say, a picture is worth a whole bunch of words. Just not sure how I missed that in the first place.

Solution for no bearing holder. Epoxied 8mm ball bearings in ashtray. Grease on the balls. Works fine and you can’t see the Ball bearings when opened.
