I spent 5 hours yesterday and 4 hours today under the Clydesdale with a drill and numerous wire wheels removing 38 years of road grime, undercoating, and paint. At least I only had to work on the right half because my son was working on the left half. I gave up drinking about two years ago which is good because I don’t think I could even lift a beer right now.

I tried driving to work in the snow and couldn't get any traction. After work I went to the local D&B hardware store and got 8 70lb bags of sand to put in the bed. Truck does much better now. I love that I work in town now rather than commuting to Boise. I get to drive my truck everyday now.

Hey Big Orange. I just noticed your question. The seat holes match up perfectly. I just had to drill the holes in the new seat a little bigger for the old tracks to fit.

I like that shot of your truck

I opened up one of the doors to my truck and did a quick look over inside the cab to make sure it is still dry. So far it looks like I have a handle on the water intrusion. Id like to work on it, but just waiting on parts.

Took it to the shop. Put the studs on. Fixed the sender for the back gas tank while the truck was on the lift. Put some gas in on the way home. Gauge seems to work. yeehaw.
