No, was not a Silver or a Golden, is a 1961 limited edition "Hawk" Has bucket seats, T-10 Borg-Warner 4 speed, traction master traction bars, 4:10 gears, Little plaque on dash with # and first owner name. we were second owner. my big brother drove it to The University of Texas and I drove it to high school. Has not been tagged since 1970...Long story short we bought car for $50 at a storage place with #1 journal spun, owner had left it there for over 3 yrs, traced the plates, got clean title for $25. all of this back 1965    car was from cal, guess ya can't drive one geared that low from cal to Pecos Tx w/o spinnin a journal... Thanks for complement

I dont think I have a pic of me, but I cant imagine why anyone would want to see that anyway. Here is a pick of my current favorite ford pickup. I own many and picking a favorite is kind of like picking your favorite kid?
I got the block and head back from the machine shop today. It currently has a 390. By next spring it is going to have a very well built 300 six. Im pretty much buying the best of the best for it. Its going to cost 3000 plus, but with the price of gas I figure it will pay for itself in 10 to 15 thousand miles. With increased horsepower and rpm, I should be able to run nose to nose with the stock big blocks. :wink

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~

Thanks jewkes, classic style.

I took this was just as we were headed out on the 4th and the previous picture was on our way home five days later. This is about all we use our '72 for, the trailer is a '69.
