Still truck'n. Just started another batch of bezels, 104 of them this time. I bought a second vise so I can do two per cycle and a cycle is taking arouns 11 minutes for the first step and 9 for the second step per two parts. Still took about two days to wrap up the first step.

It has been a year or more since I have been on the site and looked at this post. Sorry but I am not going to read through 30 pages to find out what I need. lol
Do the lenses come with the light? I just did some work on the inside of my cab and that stock light is just... well is sucks and I want one of your lights.

No visor clips yet, that's the next project. The ash tray pulls are going for $14 mailed out, the dome lamp bezels are still $30. I'll mail them both for $42.

Ok, another update. Been working on fixtures to use more of the mill so I can do several parts at once. Bought a second vise for the first two processes and now I made a 3x3 fixture plate for the outside cuts and bevel. Really proud of this sucker, took a lot of time to program the machine to make the fixture.

7x18x5/8" aluminum plate getting flycut for a nice smooth top surface. The countersunk allen screws help it stay aligned and locked to the fixture plate.

About an hour or so later ready for parts

Done, 25 minutes later. I looked on the mill and there are 210 lines of code to do this cycle and alot of that is macros (mini programs)

I'm really happy with the quality and repeatability of this new setup. I have 103 good parts to make now.

sweet, cant wait tell i can afford to buy some of your products.
maybe someday you could start making enough of them and sell them to one of the parts suppliers like lmc or npd. i bet you would make a nice profit off that.

Does the "new version" differ from the old version somehow? (other than the way you made them)?

Just the outside corners are rounded, more like the OEM. Otherwise pretty much the same.
