As a heads up I'm stuck at work until Thursday, finishing up a seven on. The aluminum didn't show up in time to get cut so it'll be next week before I can make some more parts. I did come up with another mod to the parts to make them more manufacturing friendly.

Well, the metal still isn't in and won't be in until next Friday if I'm lucky. I'm not impressed.

Spent some time today getting the garage cleaned up and some chores done. I just finished a seven on and needed some outside time. I did polish up a bunch of parts this evening after a short nap.

I polished up the Paxton SN-92 blower for the mustang and used the Shelby decal to get some detail pics of the parts...

And here we see another problem that's decided to rear it's ugly head. With doing so many seperate processes on the part there becomes a pretty large margin of error for the whole thing to come out right sooo... I'm going to add another step and install alignment dowels in all the fixtures to hold the part true and of course drill out pocket in the back side of the part for the dowels to go into. If I do get the dowels in the correct spot on each fixture each part will come out identical. If not it's gonna be a mess to fix back up.

And as Joshpow keeps reminding me, I have other stuff to get produced. Sunday they expect snow so I may spend most of that day tied to the mill. I may also play with it tomorrow or Saturday if I get a chance.

More to come...
