I noticed on the old motor that the fan and pulley were blue. Where those parts originally blue? Asking because my fan is black now.

Starting to get her back together.
Think I need to come down another couple inches in the front.
Moved the battery to the driver’s side so I could use all the factory LS cables.

Awesome you got it running. It's a wild setup you got going there. I don't know if the 289 single snorkel would let it breath enough....

The battery tray is Allstar Performance part 76100. I did have to modify it a bit.

Just about to wrap this project up. Driveshaft is installed.
Fuel door has been cut in the bed floor, and I adapted a hinge from an Explorer.
