Trouble posting, responding to PM's

Keith, all of a sudden I am having a lot of trouble posting and responding to PM's. I cleared all the cookies, cleared my password, and restarted the browser.
I still get the "you do not have permission to post here" message.
Have I been naughty or something?
This just started today. Yesterday was fine. I use Netscape 7.1

I've been having the same problems at my end, getting that same error message. I'm planning on doing some troubleshooting this evening to see if I can find out WTH is going on.

Having the same problem suddenly. I sent a PM to mytmatt, and he replied to it. Tried to reply back to him, and got the following:

You don't have permission to access /forum/privmsg.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

You've apparently used some words in your PM/post that triggered the error message. It's happening to all of us. Read the following thread:

hrmmm, dont think I was talking about my c-a-t-s, and don't believe I used any quotation marks. Might have been the word a-r-m, in relation to a kickdown rod? I dunno, sitiuation is fixed for now though, he saw my post here and PM'd me with his email addy, and I can't remember exactly what all I said in the PM yesterday.

the trouble i have had last night and in the past. is that i can't type inside the boxes at all. what i have had to do is shut down my computer and restart it. but i think that is a problem with my software being messed up. not a site problem because it has happened it in march and april as well as last night.
