I have found that the late model econoline van and aerostar van door handles are the same!!!! I have used them on several trucks and had no problems!! They are not chrome they are a black coated plastic!
the part #s are E69Z1122600A for the left side and E69Z1122601A for the right side!!! You can pick em up at a local for dealer for about 13.00 each!

Also if I remember correctly you can get arm rests from the LN (Liousville) series trucks that fir and also from econolines up to 74.

yep! sho nuff!!! I had forgotten that! The reason I could remember the handle is cuz my customer had me lookin today!!I had em in stock and saved him money!!!!!!!
